why is my update taking 34 hours to download?

usually updates get downloaded really quick but sometimes they download soooooooo slow. its not just the size, it takes it like a min to go up a single mb, not to mention the file being 2gigs. any tips to increase the download speed?

Did you do a speed test on your Internet? And are you on wifi or using wired? For some reason I've always had issues with Sony's wireless adapters in terms of speed.
