why is the condemned 2 demo so hard?

it just me, I find it extremely challenging to stay alive for just a little bit. is the actual game this hard? it looks like it could be alot of fun.

I like to think it's only hard because the demo doesn't give you any instructions about how to time your blows right. So, most of the time, I was just randomly tapping the shoulder buttons and couldn't really understand the deeper meanings of the combat system, like how you perform combos or environmental finishers.

I caught on pretty quick. Died on my first try through it and then the second time i got the hang of the combat and grabbing and stuff like that. Really short demo tho'

I did too. Had never heard of the damn game. So I bought it cheap for the PC. Loved it ever since.

i didn't think it was that hard. i died the first time though, but as BenderUnit22 said about the instructions. I think it was really cool and seems to be a great game.

I guess I got the swing down pretty quick, cause I never died, but I also took everything really slow. Watching my buddy play killed me. He kept just flying through the level, not paying attention to all the cool and erie effects like the wheel chair rolling by on its own. And of course he died right away. Whats the point of playing a game like this if you're just gonna rush through it without allowing yourself to be scared? I think this game rules
