Why is this question so hard to get a accurate answer for?

I simply want to know which game has 3rd person view, vertical splitscreen, 2 player versus mode, and all of this offline. I know Warhawk has this, but what other game(s) has this?

Ghost Recon Advance Warfare 2. I know, it has split screen and has offline mode against bots, and it is in third person view. But GRAW 2, you only have coop so it will be you and tyour partner against bots, many gamemodes, including hunt, defense, and something else. Rainbow Six Vegas might also have split screen. To be honest I can't think of a deathmatch game in third person view that has split screen. idk761
