Bound In Blood doesn't look that interesting to me. But the new Red Dead will own everything this year (except Modern Warfare 2 and Uncharted 2, of course). :)groundgamer
Red Dead was really overlooked but one of Rockstar's best game's in my opinion just below GTA IV
Red Dead Redemption does look awesome, i guess maybe its better that there aren't a lot of them since it makes the few that do come out absolutely great.

i like westerns but i thought red dead was one of rockstars weaker games mostly because it was a hand off and not really their ip. they just finished it. redemption doesn't look great but im excited what they have to offer now that they get to build the game form the ground up by themselves. the reason there aren't more is because publisher don't have original thoughts. they only mirror the film industry and the western genre been dead for a while (i believe its poised for a comeback though), the genre declined popularity is why you don't see more (though now this is mostly because there so few westerns its a vicious circle).I've been waiting for a truly great Western to come out, but there just hasn't been one. Gun, Red Dead Revolver... They were good, but not great. Hopefully that will change soon. How is the new Call of Juarez? I don't usually like FPS games, but this one might tempt me.The_Pig_Hostage
One of the better first person games you can buy, western or not. Online is amazing, single player is suprisingly deep, with 2 free roam levels, and weapon shops. I give it a 8.6
It's because that genre isn't that popular. It's like the movie industry, nobody cares about cowboys and indians anymore. Even a great movie like "3:10 to Yuma" didn't do that well in theaters.

I loved 3:10 to Yuma even though it was a remake it was amazing.
