i mean what else is there to add? besides a camera and a second analog stick. They can't make the psp any smaller because of it's huge, beautiful screen. If they were to make it smaller the screen would have to be smaller. If they made it any thinner it would feel weird. There is nothing physical that can be done to the psp, all the problems occur within the system. Such as the internet being sucky. The only thing that i could seeing being fixed is how loud it is. Other than that psp is pretty much good to go. Like a crunch wrap supreme. Hahahahaha

the only thing i can understand people wanting changed is the battery.  Everything else is a waste of people's money.

Sony has never been good with redesigns. I am planning to buy a PSP, and was scared that the remake would make the original obsolte. Then I realized I had nothing to fear due to the following facts: The PSP/DS Lite have AT LEAST two years of life left in them. Futhermore the PSP's screen, one of its selling points, is huge. Aside from making the PSP thinner, maybe brighter (but that would kill eyes, lol, and with longer battery life/faster loading times, there is nothing to do for the PSP. And faster loading times mught not even be possible! Finally, think back to the PS2 remake...........yea no one cared. So I'll just buy the PSP as it is, with DAXTER of course!!!!!!

A second analog stick would be good for FPS games and free roaming games.
Longer battery life would be great.
A better sound chip would be good as well.

A second analog stick won't happen because it would alienate the first generation gamers and developers would have to start programing for both setups...which is possible I guess...but it just means that no one with the orignal psps will buy the games that were made for the newer ones, as they'd probably play very bad I'd imagine.  Longer battery would be awesome...and the sound already sounds fantastic if you ask me. ;)  There is no reason to make it brighter though, as it would kill the battery more...even with a longer lasting battery.  Its already bright enough..

Sony has been amazing with remakes though.  The PSP and PS2 got significantly smaller and looked a lot better.  And the PS2 remake sold like crazy when it came out I remember....because I would walk into stores in my area not even looking for a PS2, but I'd always overhear some lady frantically looking for the new ps2, and she'd gone everywhere and nowhere had it, and blah blah.... My friend worked at Best Buy and told me everytime they got a shipment in, it was gone within seconds to minutes....it was pretty crazy for a while, but finally died back down eventually.

well i'm hoping they dont make a new psp as well. To those who just got there psp i wouldnt worry about the new psp. It probably will be a while before it comes out. If they even do remake it.

um  include a more powerful battery a brighter screen at least as bright as the ds and most importanly a hard drive built in 30G would be nice heck i'd be happy if it was only 10 or 20G  if they had included this since the beggining along with tv out put and more video format support the psp would have been more succeful.
