Do companies spend MILLIONS to make a game that sucks so bad? Iron Man, Transformers, and on and on. I seems like some team would say, we are going to be the first to pae a new path and make THE superhero / movie tie-in game. Can it really be that difficult?

Hulk ultimate destruction, X-men legends are the few exceptions, so YES, it can be done. Lazy bastards.

Take us to Earth Capitol !!!

There will always be crappy games.

Even though the games will suck, they make large profits on the hype of the movie counterparts. The companies (I'm looking at you EA) don't care if a game is crap or not. To them, it's business, and if they make money doing it, they'll continue pushing out that crap people actually buy

Product tie ins. They could care less about the game itself, they want to get the primary product out there, the movie. For you see, the movie and its popularity will determine the films revenue.

All these other games, shoes, shirts promos are to gain attention towards the main product....

I'm gonna say it simply and I hope you don't take personally, but most games made from movies and other way round tend to suck or not be worth spending full price on.

It all depends bro! Does the Developers actually take the time to ensure they are making the game the best they can, make sure they work out all the Glitches and Error's, without just selling a pile of crap on the Shelves? Most Games based off of Movies, NO! They just rush it, and send the game out, without properly finishing it! They Don't care about taking the extra time to work the games problems out! All they care about is making the Deadline as promised and seeing how many kids they can sucker into there crappy, glitched game!

That is why I never buy Games that are based off of Movies, or anything of that nature! If it's not Original, then it's nothing more then a Knock-off that will Blow!

And yes, millions. I saw the other day where GTA IV was 100 million to make. Granted it is exponentially larger than something like Iron Man, but even the smallest, carppiest games cost several hundreds of thousands to a million or 2 to design, code, produce and market.

Anyone canhave bad breath Marge, but you could knock a buzzard off a sh*t wagon!!!
