why sony is way friendlier to consumer then microsoft!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased xbox live yesterday, and i figured out that u cannot have a sub account on the network. I mean I already paid for live the least i can get is how many members I want for 13 months. I have a bro and it suxs that he can't have his own record on the games we played. On PSN it may not be the best but at least it knows how to help its users out then piss off the costumer. Me and my bro have seperate accounts on the PS3 but we can't do the same for the Xbox that's Bull **** its little things like that which piss me off. If it wasn't for the mass media being consumed by microsoft and its affliates i would have hauled off of buying XBL a long time ago. PSN is one of the top for me cuz it isn't trying to emulate myspace and aim its strictly there for straight gaming.

Microsoft has been nothing but helpful to me, true I had to turn it in twice to get the fans replaced but it was back at my house within a week and a half...

I've never had to turn in my PS3, but I know that if it is anything like Microsoft's CS, then I'll have no problem...
