God of War III. I actually haven't played I or II so any lack of innovation is going unnoticed by me. I played the demo that I got with the District 9 blu-ray and it was absolutely fantastic. Tons of fun, and ripping the Cyclops' eye out and tearing off Helios' head were both unforgettable moments, and this was just in a beta demo!

You have no idea how much I want Tales of Vesperia, I'm pissed that the PS3 version probably won't be coming to the states. I don't want to spend a few hundred dollars on another console just for one game since it's only available on the 360 here.
