Getting the 40 gb version sometime this week. I'll get 2 games with it. Probably Uncharted and Killzone 2. Do both of these games live up to the hype?

Uncharted is quite the experience, great story, characters and solid gameplay and uncharted 2 looks to be taking that to the next level.

Killzone 2 is worth getting, you will find the controls awkward but you get used to them quickly, but, it does make the game difficult to go back to if you switch to another game for a while.

You should also check out infamous - suprisingly good story and really, really fun.

I never see much about Socom but the thing is this can be a very interesting game online almost like the former Socom games were. As of now I am working on getting everything in Battlefield Bad Company and then I will be getting back into some Socom matchs.

i just got killzone 2 last night, still beating the campaign and haven't tried online yet but it's a great game and you'll definetly be glad you're getting it, i also have the 40gb it's areliable model. welcome to playing b3yond;)

I prefer Killzone 2 to Uncharted any day, but I own both and love both. Uncharted is best for its story and colors, but the gameplay is very fun too. Killzone 2, I actually really enjoyed every facet of this game, and I thought the story was more than acceptable to keep me playing, and I especially liked the end, a lot for some reason, actually. The AI is fantastic, and the multiplayer, well, I have been playing it since February, and still love it completely. 9.5/10, for me. Uncharted I would give an 8/10 probably.
