Will CJ Return??!!

04-05-2007Hi, I'm posting this after seeing this browsing IMDB.com for San Andreas quotes. Young Maylay who plays Carl Johnson in GTA San Andreas is aparantly 'filming' for GTA IV! HEY, ITS JUST OCCURED TO ME THAT HE COULD BE RECORDING SOME OF THE SOUNDTRACK!! Therefore having a cameo appearance. The songs might even come under CJ :S I'm not sure buts its just a hunch!

You don't need any proof to submit rumors to IMDB. It's very unlikely that CJ will be in it, however he could make a brief cameo like Phil or Ken Rosenberg. Tommy was mentioned in passing in SA but didn't return to provide any voices.

Who knows though, there's so much possibility with GTA that anything could happen. The trailer could have been nothing but a diversion. I'm betting this game ups the considerable ante of the previous GTAs by a lot and silences all the "it's getting old" naysayers.

I hope its true! CJ's awesome.

I immediatly went to that site and check Ray Liotta (Tommy Vercetti) from Vice City. It doesnt say anything about him being in GTA 4 but you never know.

It would be great to see them both in the game, even if it were only cameos.

CJ made the whole game getto. Before that it was like a maffia game. I don't like getto stuff!

Yea man I agree. Lets keep the ghetto in the ghetto. I wasnt really a big fan of the whole CJ thing. It changed the game from a Mafioso type of theme to a gang theme. Not my cup-o-tea.

Anyway, even the trailer shows that the new guy is going to have an eastern European accent. Its good to keep things fresh.

I am just completely stoked to see this game finally arrive on HD screens.

i dont understand how playing as a mafia hitman is more fun to you guys than playing as a gangster, with personality....your making it seem like playing as a gangster is a bad thing...it gave the gta series more flavor, and made it alot more funny, and thats exactly the reason why it was the best in the series....as for the topic, i do believe CJ will make it back into Liberty City, cuz if u noticed in the beginning of the game where he got of the airplane he was comming from Lib. where he lived for 5 yearsFurbyballistik

A Person who doesent have 32 gold teeth and doesn't wear clothing 3 sizes biger then his size. These thugs just call them gangsters today...but they are nothing like it! GTA3 wasnt mafioso type of game

it was just a normal guy doing odd jobs

it turned mafioso for Vice City which wasnt that great so dont say it was mafioso then ghetto

it is just about someone in the wrong place and the wrong time getting caught up in crap they have no control over

Every day I see white people act getto!! It has nothing to do with race or color....heck I even see chineese people act getto...or guys from India or Pakistan.

There is no racism in saying that you hate getto! It's just a style that I hate!

Okay, but dammit if it wasn't the best game in the series, regardless of your opinions of the term ghetto.  And quite possibly had the best dialogue in the entire series as well.  Because to me, being ghetto means your from there, and punk B$&*$ who says otherwise is just pretending, NOBODY wants to be from the ghetto!JoeyDrey

It was the best game in the series not because of the ghetto style but because of the large variety of missions and the large space where you could move around! It was the largest game of it's time that's why it was the best. It didn't had anything new. It was just really really big!!! And full of stuff!

You say nobody wants to be from the ghetto, yet many act like they are from there. You think it's not true? Just come to NYC and you'll see. You see al kinds of kids acting like they are from the ghetto even though they are not! Cheneese, Pakistanian, Albanian, Greek, Italian, Indian, Philippino...etc, etc, etc. 90% of these kids are from middle class households. They just act ghetto.

 if u probably paid attention to what was happening in San Andreas, thats how life is still is today over in LA and new york....you obviously dont kno wat your talking about

I do know what I'm talking about! But if you just do a little research the whole gangster thing started in the early 20th century when the maffia was really big! They where the gangsters. If you don't belive me than good an research it. These guys today just call themselfs gangsters these guys from the ghetto. But they are NOT gangsters!!! I do know what I'm talking about!
