By the time the downloadable content comes out for GTA4 everyone will have forgotten about the game . Fallout 3 will probably be 600 hours long , so I have no need for extra content . The game won't differ much on both consoles .
It's going to be like gTA IV, any differences that there might be will be very small graphical things. It's the DLC that is exclusive to the 360 and PC that makes the big difference.
games like this are way better on the PC though. The mod community makes wonderful content that can change the game drastically
