I do not think they have released any plans to, but I expect it to be a big complaint so therefore a possibility. Also, a lot of stores do research on games, obviously, and will recognise that MAG will shift, but it till also shift more if a headset comes cheaper.
Possibly. Socom Confrontation (another online only game) came with one. You could buy just the game for $40, or the game bundled w/ a Sony mic for $60.

thats why people invented mute and volume control Also, luckily you only speak to your squad of 5 or something. I still can't imagine MAG having every single person using teamwork, or even more then 60% actually going for the win then kills.
Little kiddies will be playing MW2, not MAG. And you can only hear your 8 man squad with your squad leader, and i think you can hear platoon leader as well as OIC.
