in previous years the show had better graphics, but alot of people liked the batting for 2K8
their were some very good player custimazations (walkup,stances,etc.) in 2K8, but the show had better modes to play in
The Show gives more of a realistic baseball sim wheras 2K8 has a wide assortment of cheats(super bunts,climb any walll) that invents a less realistic simulation of the real feel of a baseball game
