It's been out for a year and it's still $59.99. Usually games after being out for a year drops in price but his one is still hanging around at $59.99.email2003
I was just thinking this same exact thing....and wondering if they are waiting til the upcoming holiday weekend to bring it down.
Yeah thats interesting. Hopefully for the holidays they will, maybe they haven't yet because thats one of Sony's big games and it might still be selling well enough.
Recently sony anounced the drop in prices of several hit titles from $60.00 to $40.00 including WarHawk. If Resistance wasn't in that group then it is sure to drop quite soon.

I thought so but I just caved in and picked it up. I got a PS3 a month ago and just picked it up last week. It is a great game and sorry I did not pick it up earlier.
i want it for multiplayer...i beat the whole story on co op with my buddy...so 60 bucks aint worth it for me...if it drops ill get it...if not resistance 2 is just around the corner...which means next october
Hey long as this game is Playstations killer app that price is going nowhere and I don't think they made enough sales to do so. For example, PS2 games didn't become a greatest hits until they hit that magic number in sales, the games that is.

warhawk was always $40
Warhawk might go down even more, unless you get a new one with the headset or something. that would be cool for $40.
Yeah, I'm waiting for the price drop also. As soon as Resistance and Motor Storm go down in price I'll pick up a PS3.
I learned my lesson on the 360 and Wii, none of those games that I bought at launch were worth there 60 and 50 dollar price tag's. I'll be patient and wait for some PS3 games to drop to 29.99.
yeah, it's still up there cuz of sales. But as soon as it (and a few other titles) sell enough it should go down to $30 and becomeone of the first Greatest Hits selections for the PS3.
