Maybe...they do have some rumble rights back apparently...although I don;t really like rumble. It doesn't make much sense except for FPS's. You're playing a platformer and jump off a cliff...onyl to have a searing vibration run through your HANDS. Although I could always turn it off and leave it up to the people who DO like it to enjoy it.
You know, whatever floats ur boat.
Tbh I havn't missed the rumble feature, I mean pc games dont have it, and you don't sit there wishing you had a vibrating mouse. (*edit* except for force feedback controllers obviously, but my original point remains :))Besides its made the sixaxis controllers incredibly light which I'd prefer personally.
gotta be honest, i never turned my rumble off, but i never even notice the lack of in the new controller. i love how light it is, and they are VERY durable. (i stepped on one today and i was about to cry, but the damn thing did more damage to my foot than the controller.)
I also think i dont miss the rumble because with 5.1 digital surround sound, my whole basement rumbles :P
I hope that they do!:D

Im hoping that they announce at e3 that there will be also the 80 gb ps3 which will include rumble and sixas together and will be $599 and drop the 60gb version down to $499 and u will be able to buy the controllers seperate aswell in stores that have rumble and six axis in them. That would be a turning point for sony. :)
Ireally don't think I care now. I've gotten used to the absence and besides, I have my huge subwoofer that does the job ofshaking my bones quite nicely! :D hehe...
I know some of my friends who'd like to see the return of the rumble feature, so for them, I hope that they'llreleaceit. :)
I agree with you guys, I don't like the rumble feature and did not even notice it was gone cause it did absolutely nothing on the PS2 and I meant absolutely nothing. For anyone who says it does, you must be kidding. All that happened was that it vibrated for one or two seconds once in a while, wow, that made my games the more fun to play.
The only reason why I do not protest the rumble controller is so that it will put all the rumber whiners in their place and I could always turn it off so whatever they decide is fine with me.
