Did Sony learn anything from their first hand held or is it business as usual?

I really hope that PS Vita does have a better launch than PSP. Sony has been a very slow learner. So we can only hope.
[QUOTE="Coolyfett"]Is that a really good game? Coolyfett has not play that title yet. What were the best launch games of the PSP? I tried the Luminess 2 demo a while back it was addictive,This is a series that Sony owns like LBP & GoW?[QUOTE="PSP107"]Will Luminess be a NGP launch title?PSP107
Yeah. The NGP not vita will have alot more games than the PSP had at launch as sony takes an extra half year to finalize the system and allow devs to finalize the games. So I believe it'll have a good line up.
Stop calling it vita, it hasn't been officially named as yet.
I only got two PSP launch titles, THUG 2 Remix (one of my favorite PSP games) and NFL Street 2 (not a bad game). Of the games that will probably be launched with the NGP, I'll probably only get two again (Little Deviants and maybe Uncharted). I'm not that impressed with either launch lineup, but the games will get better after, so I'm not worried.
Personally I think both the 3DS and Vita will bomb compared to their predecessors. Simply because of smartphone gaming.
I'm giving the Vita a good chance this time compared to the 3DS though. But only if the price is similar to it. Nintendo made quite a few mistakes with the 3DS, people can't pirate games for the 3DS and now the Vita took a lot of selling points of the 3DS and did them better. Like augmented reality and of course online features. In the end it all comes down to what the parents decide to buy for their kids though, will they go for tech or for the mario's is the main question.
