Has this been confirmed though (with link)? AFAIK Harmonix has said that they want it to work, but it's up to the new makers of the GH3 guitar. And, I believe that the Rock Band guitar is Bluetooth (is that right?) and the GH3 one is a USB-dongle-goblin wireless type. Will the PS3 be able to read the two different types of controllers as players 1 and 2 for the game? I'm still trying to decide, and this would be an important part of the decision.
i'm pretty sure that the GH3 controllers have been confirmed to work with rock band and that both guitars have dongles. Don't think they've confirmed if rockband controllers work with GH3 though.
