Will this monitor worth with my PS3?

I want to get this monitor for my PC and PS3. But I'm not entirely sure if it will work with my PS3 through HMDI. Can anyone confirm whether it will work or not?

What ever monitor you choose it has to be HDCP compatable or your ps3 won't work on it. Heres the monitor I'm using.

I did a search on the samsung monitor and it is hdcp so I'd say go for it should work fine.jdc6305

I don't know, I'm getting mixed messages because if you look at the reviews for the one I posted on newegg. One guy says it works fine with his PS3 but others state that it might not actually support HDCP through HDMI.

If you are willing to spend $599.99 for a 26 inch monitor why not wait until Black Friday and keep your eyes open for a 32" monitor? November is just around the corner if you can hold out.
