Anyone jumping on the Move band wagon? I kinda lost the lust for motion control and could care less if the controller is more accurate then the Wii mote.
I may think about purchasing it if the price is $40 max, 60 if it includes a game.

Band wagon? I'm pretty sure there's not a band wagon for the Move...
I'll be getting one or two of them though. I already have the camera so that's one less thing I'll have to buy. Hopefully those little "sub-controllers" won't be sold separately like the nun-chucks for the Wii. That might make me rethink buying them if they are.

Well yeah I guess you can call that a band wagon. Not to turn this into a System Wars thread, but I do think that the Move would be more enjoyable than the Wii remote. I won't say much else on the subject except that the Move's little orb on top that can change colors is totally badass. If it couldn't change colors I'm not sure if I would want to buy it
most likely I'll get it with SOCOM, I already have the PSEye so hope you can buy only the game + Move
anyway I have great hopes for a renewal of the FPS genre which I avoided (except Bioshock) because I can't get to the aiming and much more the crosshairs in the center of the screen, thus moving all the screen with the crosshairs.
for some sports or fighting games, I'll wait as I don't understand how you can parry with shiled, fight with sword and control movement ...
I'll buy the starter kit and probably also get SOCOM 4 depending on how well it is reviewed.
I'm willing to give Sony a shot. If they make some really cool software and uses, if my girlfriend likes it, then I buy more controllers...

For sure... what sold me was Move support for High Velocity Bowling... i finally will have my wii bowling with out that damn wii... and it will be far more precise and fun cause HVB is already really fun!

Only if my current games are compatible with it,ks1990steelmanI'm doubting many of your current games will get patched, it'll be like trophies, devolopers for older games won't even think about updating their game but many future games will have the feature.
maybe when i see it being used and what comes out for it i change my mind.
BUT i really cant see myself wanting it, if i wanted something like this id have bought a wii a long time ago.
[QUOTE="hazelnutman"]My feelings exactly lol..My feelings towards motion controls...

This was sooooooo funny! it's so true too that's why
Nah. The $100 that it would cost me would be better spent on some games instead. Plus I already own a Wii, so not really any incentive to get motion controls for my PS3 as well.
I won't be getting it, a lot of people these days are saying that motion controls are the way of the future but I'm fine with controllers. We've had them for many, many years and nobody's complaining, the move will just be something to make more money, some will buy it some won't.
You have got to feel bad for those who bought a wii, now there's no reason to get it. I might use it, most likely not though.The_MewI own a Wii and I do not feel sorry about it because of Mario Galaxy and New Super Mario Bros. are really fun games. About the Playstation Move I currently do not own a PS3 because I sold my 40GB about 7 months ago and will be buying a Slim sometime when they bundle the move this holiday season.
The poll options really need to change. I am leaning towards just but cannot justify saying yes yet. The option I would go with is yes, BUT...
The thing is your yes but option is about the cost, which I am not too concerned over, its the good game factor that I am concerned about. If they prove to have atleast a couple of great hardcore games (from soft can deliver on this one I bet!) then I will without a doubt buy it.

Yes I agree that is some good games, however I would not want to buy a wii only because of those games.
