the gameplay was better than any fifa but it sucks cuz FIFA 07 doesn't have tricks, all you have to do is running, I replaced it with NBA 2K7 after couple of hours of playing( I bought the game only cuz back then PES 07 wasn't there)

I'm afraid the comparison FIFA/PES is worthless. PES is a different level. Even despite any improvment in the recent FIFA versions.

It's like comparing Gran Turismo to Mario Kart.

I think PES 08 Will be released in Nov-Dec cuz they said they will make alot of improvement and it will probably take more time. I also heard they are improving the animations and gameplay so it will be awesome.

Fifa 08 will have an upgraded engine with better gameplay and more realism also better ball control and freedom.

I really wanna see a difference in the ambience of the stadiums. With the Cell processor i hope they can make better crowd and movements cuz the cell can handle that. Also better Ai for the players would be awesome. Cant wait for those 2 games DAMN!!!! FALL IS GONNA BE AWESOME

The gameplay is very smooth, every move you do you are doing it not like Fifa, Fifa is like a fight game you do press buttons then they will do the move, the ball in PES is separete from the players legs, All real things you see on real matchs you will see in PES, so you will have to work your way to win, to make goal not like FIFA, in FIFA it's like basketball the one who have the ball will score :) and the most thing you will notice is the smoothness in PES.By the way, the new FIFA will not feature skills(tricks) so you will be much bored with the game and the best thing you have to do is buying PES on PS3 cuz I've the Xbox360 version, it does not have all the features(Editing players, transfer, etc)   add to that the smoothness of the game isn't like in PS, I think the problem is with the controller.

I'm sorry that I have to disagree with you on this. Yes, the gameplay in WE/PES is very deep and have many tricks and tactics, but it's far from smooth. The control is very stiff and robotic. The ball physics just feel outdated and fake compare to the new physics engine in FIFA imo. The best thing about WE/PES is the AI which FIFA always have problem with it's ridiculously stupid AI. WE/PES is still the better game, but I feel that it's time for Konami to improve the game engine and graphic dramatic.

Don't get me wrong. I didn't say that Fifa is better than WE/PES when sprinting. I just like the ball physics in the New Fifa more, but Fifa is still a broken game. WE/PES just feel robotic compare to other sports game like NBA 2k7. Honestly you fanboys need to open your eyes and understand that WE/PES game engine is outdated and if you guys keep praising it then all we will get is a roster up date every year. I'm always very open minded and I always buy both WE/PES and FIFA every year to compare and because I'm a huge Football fans. I also said it before that WE/PES is still the better game, but FIFA is getting much better now if they can fix the AI problem and bugs. I want a new WE/PES game not just a rehash update. Don't you want a next gen WE/PES.

For the last few years ive always bought an edit for the games so no more Mersey Reds or playing with the German 112-123...real names and stadiums...but how will that work on PS3??...its a PS3 game so no memory card...i doubt Konami will put any sort of edit on the net as they havent got the licence in the first place...

        2- HOME.

        3- You can edit everything yourself in edit mode.

Everytime I want to play with my save in my friend's I do copy my save to the flash memory then put my flash to other PS3 copy the file into PS3's HDD then load your game.That's all you have to do so go buy the saved edit in the future and puut in your PS3 no problem.
