Wishful thinking for PS2 to PS4 releases. What are some of yours?

Hi there everyone! I was very excited to finally see the re-release of Dark cloud 1 and 2 on PS4, and was wondering if anyone else out there hopes for certain titles to be released also? I had waited for them to release those two on PS3 and was glad to see them make the return on our current gen consoles. I am hoping with the release of Tales of Berseria, that maybe we can see Tales of the Abyss and Tlaes of Legendia! What do you think? What are some of your favorite classic PS2 titles you'd like to see make it to the console?

Xenosaga Trilogy for me. One of my favorite JRPGs.

Bought a fairly pricey copy of Dark Cloud 2 on ebay before they released it digitally. It is nice to own but I could have gotten it cheaper on PSN.

Yes, it is very nice to have that physical copy. I had them both but since it's been years and had to hock them for time of need, i really am glad i can play them for a small fee and have them. I also hope to see the Onimusha series. I've been told to pay the Xenosaga series! How are they?

@Cradlestone: Xenosaga is a turn based rpg. You can summon a mech. Has a ton of cut scenes.

the tenchu series the way of the samurai series and i wouldnt mind the shinobido games as well

Disgaea 1 and 2. Mostly to be able to replay them both. P.C. version sucks.

Demento (Haunting Ground). It's on PS3 but didn't give it any HD treatment, plus on PS4 it'll have trophies.

Heavenly Sword. I know it's a PS3 game, but I enjoyed it.

Biohazard: Outbreak. Probably the best spinoff in the series, this will be beloved more so if the online features are available.

I want to see the Shadow Hearts and Timesplitters trilogies come out. These two franchises never came out as HD releases on PS3. I supposed the Atelier games could also be brought out again.

Xenosaga trilogy: My favorite game/series. Everything from the world, sophistication and intellect of the story/characters intoxicated me into loving this series.

Dot hack/G.U: Wish cyber connect would go back to this instead of all the sword art online games.

Shadow hearts 1,2: Played from the new world and loved it, but never got to play the first 2.

Wild arms 5: Was either persona 3 or Wild Arms 5. I bought P3 and never saw this game again.

Devil May Cry 3: Best game in the series wouldn't mind playing again

Radiata Story: Another JRPG gem I missed and would love the opportunity to play.

Those are good choices. I'd also like to see Darkwatch.

I don't want PS2 games exactly, I'd much rather have PS1 games, especially CTR (GOTC [Game of the Century)

For Coolyfett the game he wants is Star Wars Battlefront 2 remastered. That would be so much joy for Coolyfett!! The fun of slaying clones as Count Dooku, Darth Maul, Jango Fett and General Grievous in HD would be a dream come true. Coolyfett would pay 49.99 for that PS2 game on PS4. YESSSSS

@GTR12: I would love some great ps1 games to be picked back up and given the whole "ps4" treatment.....as long as they start with abe and Tomba!

When it comes to ps2 games, well another Shadow of the colossus And possibly a sequel to bully/canis canem edit would be great!

The one PS2 game that I would want to see released on PS4 is Smackdown: Here Comes the Pain. Unfortunately, that is probably one of the least likely PS2 games to ever release on PS4.

Other than that, I would be much more interested in seeing PS1 games on PS4.
