I mean the hardest one, not the one that took a lot of time to earn it (10,000 kills in R2 MP)
For me was in Killzone 2Heroic Survivor-Complete all missions on Elite difficulty level

Your a superstar. Platinum Hannah Montana. It took me AGES to get that one.GrandJuryThat would be nearly impossible for me since I'd find it extremely difficult to even put that game in my console.

"Aerial Predator" from Darksiders
Stupid bloody trophy, close to 3 hours worth of work for a bloody BRONZE!!!!
closely follwed by BF:BC2's "Demolition Man"
Dragon Rising - Hardcore
Finishing that game on hardcore by myself with somewhat questionable friendly AI was a relief!

Radec was a pain in the as wasn't he on elite? Join the killzone 2 platinum club :PIn Demon's Souls, the trophy which you have to obtain the best weapon by Bladestone.. the chance of getting the pure bladestone is 0.5% and only two damn skeletons can give you this stone in the whole game. Leon_Kennedy1Yeah thats the one I was talking about! Man, that was a royal pain! :P[QUOTE="TroubleMaker411"]

Got that one on the fifth try. I had to consult various youtube videos for a refined strategy. It made me sick how hard that crap was.In Demon's Souls, the trophy which you have to obtain the best weapon by Bladestone.. the chance of getting the pure bladestone is 0.5% and only two damn skeletons can give you this stone in the whole game. Leon_Kennedy1Please tell me duped the blade stone and didnt take your time to actually do it?

I spent two days trying to get it, I got bored and went for the forums to get help.. I ended up trading fully upgraded shield by cloudstone for that stupid pure blade. :D

It was crazy, i was never more than 6 or 7 kills short
It wasn't until i upped the controller sensitivity that i actually managed to get enough of those pain in the ass locust looking things to get the trophy

Yeah, same here. Almost every strategy I found involved turning up the aiming sensitivity. Those locusts were the key to the whole thing as there are actually enough of them to get all the kills you need but they were just so hard to hit! I'm glad that one's behind me! Another trophy for Darksiders that was a pain in the butt to me was the one where you have to run a certain distance on your horse. I ended up going to the Ashlands and putting a rubberband around my analog sticks to make the horse ride in a circle. It took almost two hours![QUOTE="TheEldestGod"][QUOTE="Fightingfan"] Please tell me duped the blade stone and didnt take your time to actually do it?FightingfanI don't know about him, but I took my time to actually do it. I had tried to find others to trade with, but I never found anyone willing to do so that was at the same level I was. I've been making a lot more PSN friend requests since then! :P

The dark rider trophy was a piece of cake i have to admit, but i cheated.
In the arena where i got Ruin, once i cleared the enemies, i rubber banded my controller and left it for a couple of hours while i watched a movie and done dinner! haha
God of War II: Beat the Challenge of the Titans. The last challenge was almost impossible.ks1990steelman
really? i thought that was pretty easy. I didn't get the bonus cause i used magic, but i beat the rock thing using cronos then roll away, eventually the big O popped and it was over.

Yes it was, but i haven't get the platinum trophy, I'm not a online gamer as offline.
But I have the platinum from Uncharted 1 and 2 ;)
Definitely the Platinum trophy for Demon's Souls. As stated earlier, it's all because of the "Best weapon by _____stone" trophies.
I got kind of lucky getting the pure bladestone, since I got it from the BP dual-katana skeleton in 4-2. I was just farming souls when it dropped, wasn't even actively looking for it.
But man, getting the chunks of marrowstone, mercurystone, and cloudstone was a pain. Spent about 3-4 hours farming for chunks of each stone (as in, I sunk 3-4 hours farming marrowstone, another 3-4 hours for mercurystone, etc. for cloudstone).
hardest and most time consuming for me was the "Bladder of Steel Award" from Rock Band 2 for not failing or pausing out of the Endlist Setlist 2 (which consisted of 84 songs back to back which took around 7 1/2 hrs to accomplish)
How do you even do that, without failing? I'd get tired after like 10 songs at an average 4min length. ( I have to play standing up for some reason )hardest and most time consuming for me was the "Bladder of Steel Award" from Rock Band 2 for not failing or pausing out of the Endlist Setlist 2 (which consisted of 84 songs back to back which took around 7 1/2 hrs to accomplish)

I have kept my trophy hunting to a minimum. I basically only go for trophies that line up with what I would normally do in the game anyway. The one exception is Motorstorm: Pacific Rift Platinum. I decided I had to get the Dump Truck unlock that came with the trophy. This might be the most difficult out there. Not only does it have some seriously odd trophies that you have to sort of get lucky for, but you have to get maximum rank online, race 50 casual mode races online which most people dont play anyway, get all first place finishes in the 96 or so offline races, beat all the developer's best times on every track in every vehicle in time attack mode (128 total), and you have to have FOUR controllers because there is a trophy for playing a 4-player split-screen offline race LOL.-ArchAngeL-777-Are you serious? MS: PR and Wipeout HD have some mad trophies!
the "How do you like them apples?" trophy in skate2 (acquire all pro phone numbers)
beating Koston and Carroll in a game of s.k.a.t.e. is the equivalent of fighting Kratos and Alex Mercer at the same time.
beating score attack on BlazBlue to get the "Leonidas" trophy is still eluding me though. SF4 has some hard but tedious ones as well.
They are both easy.I want to get Infamus and GOW3, anyone knows how hard is to get the platinum for those two games?

The only thing hard about the infamous trophy is trying to find all the shards and one of the stunts where you have to time a shock and drop. Other than that, it was pretty easy to me. Just time consuming.

In the first opportunity that I have ($$) I will buy both games. Thanks for the info.
Are you serious? MS: PR and Wipeout HD have some mad trophies! Yeah, it was a total grind. lol I actually gave up on it until I went online and earned my rank there. Racing other players allowed me to learn the best paths, etc. that eventually helped me finished the offline races and time attacks. The Dump Truck was worth it though...i think LOL[QUOTE="-ArchAngeL-777-"]I have kept my trophy hunting to a minimum.
