If i have never played mgs 1, 2 or 3, does mgs4 look wide enough for me to join in or is it going to be too story specific? Like, i can guarantee god of war 3 will be a great game but if a person juss joins the series then they will definately be lost...
MGS 4 is newcomer friendly game. There will be sequences played in old gfx from old games to help understand what is going on. You think such a big game , so many ppl working on it and no one thought about newcomer's ;)
ok here is the deal just get MGS4... if you like it you will find a way to get the other three solids... you maybe will be like me and find the original metal gear 1 and 2.
My first metal gear game was metal gear on nes, but I was too young to remember what I was playin or what to do so I said it was crap and kept playin mario and turtles. So my true experience came with MGS2 and I loved it. Raiden was great too I dont see why people hate him so much, but anyway after that I had to play metal gear solid one and I loved it and then I played through two again and loved it even more. then I played Solid three and went wow and then I went back to play metal gear over and went ok this game is epic. Now I just got to find a way to get a psp so I can play portable ops. I mean I LOVE these games. These are the only games that get me emotional and really feel like I am apart of the game.
