File this one under "it's up to you".
Do you still enjoy your games? Do you still play them? If so, keep them...if not, sell them.
i still have many atari and coleco vision games,,,,,years down the road they bring back the greatest memories.
I never sell back for the prices they ask, they might as well slap you in the face with what gamestop offer.
They just put a sticker for 10-15 dollars above what they gave you and then try and verbally force you to pre order games that in this day and age will never sell out.
That company is soley reying on weak children who cant stick up for themselves
you should donate them to some kid who cant afford a PS3 and might enjoy them.
some kid who can play M rated games.
Meh. Keep them if you like them and still want to play them. Sell them otherwise.
Personally, I've been getting an ever increasing PS2 library since picking up my PS3. Then again, I didn't play the PS2 much last generation, so I'm still playing catch up on an awful lot of games.
IMO, absolutely. The Katamari games still get spun around in my 60gb... here's the PS2 games I have:
Kingdom Hearts (for the missus)
Final Fantasy X and XII
Ape Escape 2 and 3 (personal favorites!)
Rez (still worth playing)
Lumines Plus (PS3 needs a widescreen Lumines game, FTR)
Capcom C1assics Collection
Xenosaga I, II and III (the missus loves these ones, I thought they were OK)
Dragon Quest VIII (best RPG on PS2 IMO)
Suikoden V
GH 1, 2 and Rocks the 80s
Way of the Samurai
MGS3
GTA III, VC, SA, LCS (now out of rotation, thanks to IV)
Katamari Damacy / We Love Katamari (still being played!)
Dark Cloud / Dark Cloud 2 (still great!)
I've also got a few PSX games -- Final Fantasy 7, 8, 9 and Origins (7 gets a playthrough at least once a year), Tomb Raider, Buster Bros Collection (made obsolete by Capcom Puzzle World for PSP)... we've got Twisted Metal 2 and I think Frogger or something but those don't get played.
