Would anyone else like to see more stand alone games on PS4?

Majority of the ps4 library right now is sequels (and late 3rd-5th game sequels at that) or remakes, remasters, etc. I'm all for the idea of carrying on a game through generations. But would anyone else like to see more standalone or new games for ps4? And so many of the games that are getting sequels on ps4 are games I personally never played on ps3 for the most part. Sequels can be really awesome but i feel like gaming could expand so much more by creating new games, story lines, characters instead of focusing so heavy on sequels for 80% of the library. I'm finding myself having to do research on games backgrounds so much this generation to find a game where I fully get and care about the story. Don't get me wrong many of these sequels are great games, but I just want some new, stand alone games much more often than we see them

They are coming or out there. WatchDogs, Bloodborne, Driveclub, Deep Down, Project Cars, Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, The Witness, Dreams, No Man's Sky, Wild, Horizon, The Order, Until Dawn, The Division, Adrift, Drifter, Dying Light, Rocket League, etc.

Although based on movie licenses, Alien Isolation and Shadow of Mordor are new.

There is also tons of indie games I didn't list and I'm sure a few retail games too.

Even The Last of Us was a new IP when it released the same year as the PS4 launched, 2013. It just so happens it's on two machines (PS3/PS4)

They all won't be amazing, but these new IPs are coming or already released.

As long as they are first party. I'm sorta sick of all the third party exclusives.

I like ports. More ports means more games. I really want the Atelier games on ps4.

@SolidTy Come on Rocket League and Driveclub? I know these are just examples but that's hardly what I was getting at. I'm a fan of some indie games, arcade games, and PS+ freebies as much as the next person. But I'm more talking about fully developed titles with at least 10 hours of gameplay. I'm hopeful and expecting that more are coming, I just am a little annoyed by how sequel-heavy the library is right now. I thought I had played a lot of PS3 games as well, but I had a hard time recently finding a new game from a series I had enjoyed on PS3. I recently got the Witcher 3, haven't played the first two (or honestly ever heard much about them) and I really like the game. However, it took me hours of researching the backstory of the game to even have a vague idea of the plot. Not that this game is necessarily aimed at me, but it just seems a lot of the PS4 library is currently aimed at fantasy RPG sequels or something of that nature. I'll ride the wave, I'm just not overly impressed right now with PS4's games and lack of substantial standalone or new-series games. And I'm actually getting Until Dawn on Tuesday, and one of the main reasons being because it's one of the few horror PS4 games that both interests me and is its own thing entirely
