Wouldn't you kind of like to see more Ps1 games on PSN?

Becuase it really makes me sad. I bought crash bandicoot today and I thought to myself, why aren't any of the final fantasies, tomb raider, Tony hawks pro skater among other things not on there. if they put parappa the rapper to download for psp why not the ps1 version to play on the ps3?

It just seems weird doesn't it?

Well, I played a lot of PsOne Games and there are only a few Games I missed because they didn't release in EU (like Parasite Eve)

I'm sure almost everyone wants more PS games on the PSN store. I don't know why Sony doesn't put more up because they've got nothing to lose from it but a lot to gain.

I wouldn't mind it though I would really be so keen to buy many PS1 games aside from FF7. Other than that I probably wouldn't buy any other PS1 games

Sony is being lazy and not releasing the number originally promised and expected.

FF7 was released in Japan and it helped sell a lot of systems that month.

Sony knows that if they release a big dose of PS1 games in the US people will buy them and a lot less people will complain, but for some reason they haven't done so.

More PS1 games are coming though, starting with Capcom PS1 games.

Not really. I never play PS2 or PS1 games anymore. Haven't touched them for about 2 years and never will again.

Yes because my favorite PS1 gamesare Legend of the Dragoon and CTR. There's another game but I forgot the name I think I was Ring of Fate or something. I would love to be able to play them again.

If sony carried out the relatively easy task of putting Crash bandicoot 2, Spyro 2, Metal gear solid, Resident evil 2, Oddworld and Spiderman on the PSN, I would buy them all.

PS1 games I want:

Anything by Square-Enix (FF, DQ, Parasite Eve, Chocobo's Dungeon,etc.)
Ms. Pacman's Maze Madness
Metal Gear Solid

YES. When i saw Spyro 2 on the PSN store yesterday, i bought it immediately. Didnt even have to think about it. I was contemplating getting the KZ2 map pack, but then when i saw that game i decided to put buying those maps on hold.

Yea i would like to see some support for PS1 titles considering i didn't own the sytem, i would love to be able to see the selection of games. I could probably find something i like.

If they put up their whole library (PSX/PS2), and let you play them all as much as you want, they could charge a monthly fee, like game fly.Goldglove

I'm not the biggest fan of digital distribution, but there are many PSOne classics that if you try to buy disc based will cost you an arm and a leg. I just don't get why Sony isn't really pushing to increase the amount of PSOne titles on PSN. The fact that you can play the titles on PSP or the PS3 is awesome along with the fact that you can share the games with friends. So that $6 game can end up costing you a $1. It's great being able to play them on my PSP and if I want to play on my PS3 I can just transfer the save over. I don't believe in using PSP mods to be able to play the games. I'd love to see more good titles come instead of see one title come every once and awhile.
