Wow! I can't say enough good things about Army of Two.

I've been playing it for a little over an hour and what a game! Usually I wouldn't expect great stories out of EA, but this is the exception.

A great story, great characters, great gameplay, and great co-op. Did I say "great" enough? Good! Because this game has blown me away. I expected it to be a good game, but nowhere near as good as it actually is.

It's definitely great for co-op, since it's more in-depth than any other games that offer co-op, but it also works well if it's only you playing with an AI partner, which will mess up every now and then, but usually does a decent job and is aware of its surroundings.

Also, I love the cover system. It's far more realistic than the cover system in Uncharted or Gears of War. You don't just press a button and "stick", you have to actually crouch and hug the wall to take position. What a game!

how is the online? can you play online splitscreen on the same ps3? If so what modes are there?whodeysay85

It's the opposite of generic. The co-op is far more in-depth than anything previously offered in the area. Also, the story is politically charged and unlike any other game. Also, the characters personalities help the game out. It's silly banter.

thats great to know...im just saying, from the videos it looks meh...but the fact that people are really enjoying it is great

From Denmark, sure I had school to help me. But I started to watch TV at an early age. So when I finally began to have English in school I had no problem with it. What's funny is the fact that i did better in English than I did with Danish :? hehe.

It's pretty damn good so far.

I love the way the co-op works, and the game has a great story, too. Lots of weapons to buy and upgrade, new armor and masks to buy, great characters, and a challenging campaign. Great game so far.

I have a question. In the one trailer when the guys phone rings, on the TV in the background you can clearly see he is watching the news and its the World Trade Centers on fire. Does this have anything to do with the story? If not, then why would they even do this?smeags11

its a decent game, but anyone who says EA doesn't ruin games this is a prime example of what EA does to games. its there policy, and they this publicly to take a feature and just make the whole game revolve around it this is about co-op.

even though its really just a co-op game there are some small cool co-op thing you can do but really not much there really isn't much to the game its remarkably bare bones in my opinion.

which goes hand in hand with something EA loves to do and thats sells bits and pieces of the game to you after you bought it. they already said they have tons of DLC for the game already which means they withheld it from the release to sell it later.

also the versus mode feels like it was tacked on. i gave it a shot but in my opinion i can't recommend this game in good conscious. for co-op its good but short for everything else i think its not worth it, though it should hold me till RB6V
