WOW!!!..... Resistance 2..... WOW!!!!

Just Picked up this title for my First PS3 FPS type game.

I've played all of the COD games including W@W on my PC but none of them feel even close in sheer epicness in the Single Player Campaign as in this game... You really feel like your helping the U.S.A. and it's allies against a TITANIC end of the world battle. Man, the creatures in this game are HUGE!!!.

I can't wait to go online for some split screen co-op mayham!!!

I'm still looking forward to KZ2 but I felt that R2 was a no-brainer due to the split-screen online/offline co-op... Something that the latter tile won't have.

Anyway, anyone on the fence with this one it's worth a second look!

Wow, somebody who actually agrees with me that the single player campaign is good. Most people claim the single player campaign is the flaw of the game, but I think its great and very action-packed from the first mission to the last. rsoxguy12

All I kept hearing was how much better R1 was/is and although I've never played the first one I'm definately not dissappointed by the second.

I just about fell outta my chair laughing when I won the; "Fried Calamari" Trophy...LoL...

It's a game trading site. Its pretty sweet. Basically you trade your games to other users. Succesful trades get your POINTS which you use to enable trades.

For example I just traded 2 games that I never play for 200 points total. Then I traded guitar hero III for 750 points. So now I have 950 points.

I can go and select a game that is worth 950 points (I think R2 is 1050) and someone will send it to me. They then get the 1050 points and can get a game of their own.

Good to see other people who actually liked the SP. I think Resistance is quickly becoming one of my favourite PS franchises and Resistance: Retribution is out soon on the PSP.Floppy_Jim

COD has been the same game 6 times in a row now. I think its 6 at least.

COD = Awesome

COD2= MEga Flippin Awesome

COD3= huh not good meh

COD4= Yea finally not WWII

COD5= Oh WWII again meh.

So yea its pretty awesome but its the same game 5 times except for 1 time. So 4 times. But 4 times is too many

I agree. The first one was absolute ****. I haven't played 2 but it didn't look any better and I heard from a few friends who DID play it that it was ok at best. Alot of praise for a subpar series, but if that's all you have to go by on PS3 that isn't multiplat like COD I guess you can overlook most of those flaws. I for one am not easily impressed and I'm not simply amused by a few bells and whistles. I literally FELL ASLEEP in the middle of playing the first game which made me stay FAR away from it and it's sequel.

The first game is pretty cool IMO. If you fell asleep you probably have a sleeping disorder. you should get that checked out

Nice attempt at being a smart*** but no it wasl iterally THAT BORING! I have no issues maintaining my interest in games like Gears of War, Left 4 Dead or MGS4. Resistance was a snooze fest that didn't do anything that wasn't done before or done better.

FOM for me was a bore~ i onli beat the game to see the ending

but for R2 i actually was liK OMG! this is good

R2 is good WAY better than FOM ~ except that it didnt have the weapon wheel ~
