Recently bought a ps3 and these are the games i plan on buying: Uncharted drakes fortune Uncharted 2 Resistance 1 Resistance 2 God of war 3 Ratchet and clank a crack in time Heavy Rain GTA IV Red dead redemption LA Noire Dead space 1 Dead space 2 Infamous 1 Infamous 2 Fallout 3 Fallout new vegas GT5 Batman Darksiders Assassin's creed 2 Brotherhood And i also probably forgot to mention some games as well. But its not just those i plan to get the following games on release day: Uncharted 3, battlefield 3, MW3, skyrim, AC revelations, New Batman... Why does it have to be that many great games... why!?
Well.... the prices of some ps3 games got lower plus you get a free game if u bought a ps3 , the game might be FIFA 11 or Medal of Honor or inFamous in my country . Try downloading alll the demos of some of those games it's free and there are some games that are downloadable like you can download the whole game for free ... So these might diminish the (destruction) of your wallet

Played most of these over the duration ive had my PS3. But if you plan on getting both fallouts then good luck playing any others as these are HUGE!! i would love to have the time as you do but this darn work thing gets in the way. oh well, at least i can afford to buy titles as and when i like.

My wallet is going to be pissed at me starting around September, thats for sure. It likes being fat, but I'm enforcing a strict diet of just driver's license and insurance info, maybe a business card or two.
my wife would kill me if i went out and bought all that, make sure you check out amazon, craigslist, and gamestop got a sale going on buy 2 used get 1 free, not that it's any of my business but where in the heck are you going to get the time to play all that, that list won't destroy your wallet but it'll definately destroy your social life but happy gaming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seriously you should consider Gamefly or something. Depending on how often you play, you can save a ton doing that and older games shouldn't have a waiting period.
I bought like 20 games (discs and PSN) in a year of owning the PS3. Lot of them from GameStop's buy 2, get 1 free deals. I haven't played a lot of them because of time and I am more of a one game at a time player. You are better off buying a game one at a time and wait. I'm not gonna buy a game for long time until I play my older ones that I didn't even get to yet. My playstation 3 games backlog is too long.
Well it's no use buying them all at once, is it? And since most of them can be found for 20$ and even less, you're not going to be in trouble if you have a job.
I understand. I'm in the same boat as you. Got a ps3 and now I'm playing catch up. So far I've picked up Infamous 1 and 2, UC2, KZ3, GoW 3, and Bioshock 2...so many more to get :shock:
Best thing to do is just buy a couple at a time and focus on those.
That's nothing, I have plans on buying almost every game people name, including a top notch gaming Pc for games like Star Wars The Old Republic and Battlefield 3 since it supports more people in a online match. That there without including the games might cost me somewhere between $2000 - 4000 depending on how well I want everything such as speakers and other goodies. Heck maybe even around $6000 if I want the triple monitor set. Some might not think it's worth it, but I want to enjoy the heck out of Battlefield 3. Basically my wallet is going to lock me up in a dog cage with a leash in my backyard for this lol.
