Ok.....my ps3 Disk reader died on me....I called Sony.....I said specificly that my PLAYSTATION 3 SYSTEM Disk reader went out and i need it replaced.. If i spent 90 dollars to have it replaced i better get my box!!!! Yes i waited a week just to get a box!!! And it turns out......wait for it.....THE BOX WAS A PSP BOX......Now.....are they actually gonna send my box soon or was it a mistake and i have to go shoot a few folks up....(ignore my overuse of periods)
hink if you were in this position...i bet i am like the only one that has had that happened to me. And i really wanted to play FAr cry 2 Dead space and saints row 2....

Wow that sux - I have had my share of issues with SONY's support - it's definitely nothing to write home about.
Anyway I hope they get this resolved for you ASAP as it really sux to be without your system.
Definetly call them and let them know, who ever was working on your issue probably ordered the wrong box to be sent out. It never hurts to just call and check. Also getting angry never helps when dealing with people, when you call you want to be polite, but firm.
Man, I kinda understand how your feeling. I'd be pretty pissed with all this great games coming out, but looking at it from a third person's view.........it's actuallly friggin' hilarious:lol:
