Wow....The Club Demo and DMC4 Demo is great (my impressions with PIcs inside)

Ok, im not a really big DMC fan, but after i played the demo last night...i was hooked....the things you can do between the sword,gun, and grabbing is incredible. Graphics are great, the sound is amazing. Some of the monsters were easy to beat, i just wish it wasn't a trial version(timed) i'd have soo much more to do. Theres 2 modes you can play, i forgot the names but the second mode i played was against this giant fiery dragon. Amazing fight, no slowdowns whatsoever. Capcom really outdid themselves with this one...now only if they could get Marvel Vs Capcom 3 in production...*sigh*

But on a brighter note...The Club Demo was easily addicting. I thought the demo would be ok at best. Sega outdid themselves with this game as well. Graphics are great, and it took a while to get used to the controls. The guns sound great as well, in this game you'll find your traditional Shotgun, Machine Gun, Ak47, Grenades. I'd love to see how Mutiplayer works(online), but this feature was limited. I was playing with my cousin Offline and it was fun. I was gunna rent this game too...but now that i've played the demo, i might pick this one up.

I predict gamespot giving DMC4 at least a 9.0, it plays similar to Ninja Gaiden(camera angles, some scenes)

The club may score between a 8 and 8.5. Either way Both of these demos were great, i recommend downloading both and playing it. Thanks for reading =]

Haven't d/l the Club demo... the thing is that DMC4 demo took from 3:30 pm to like 9 pm to d/l. Boy was I pissed!!! All I wanted to do was to play it already.

So after I played the demo, I was like "well PS3, you made a great job today... you deserve some rest now" lol

Same here, it was like a generic shooter from last-gen. If your gonna release a run'n'gun without a story then you may aswell make it a FPS; it maybe a gender used down to the bone but it fits what the Club's devs seemed to be aiming for. Fact is a 3rd person game without a cover system these days is just incomplete...

That has nothing to do with an internet connection, my internet connection is blazing, and I host large multiplayer games. It has to do with how many people are downloading it.

This was the first DMC game I've played and I thought they were supposed to be really good but the demo totally sucked. It was no fun at all.wallpaper42

i see where your coming from; i've always evaded the DMC series and this demo is pretty much the first try i've had at one of the games, its strange that when you play a really famous series from the latest instalment you kinda sit there and think "Ok... And people like this huh...?"

I've played worst and wouldnt say it sucked, though i wont be getting the game because i didnt play the older ones for story, i guess if i followed the saga i might go for it without think twice...

I hated The Club demo. Horribly story, okay graphics, and difficult controls made this game impossible for me to play.

Plus, I'm not big on arcade shooters.

I do understand where people come from with this. You had to play the first game to really appreciate it at the time. I love the DMC series (even though 2 sucked), and unless you've been a fan since the first game, people won't understand or like it. Just my thoughts on the matter. :)

I love R2 as the shoot button ... especially in Resistance. The only time I wouldn't like R2 as shoot is if/when there are weapons that you shoot one bullet at a time.

That's probably because a lot of people were downloading it at the same time ... it's always much faster when you download older demos.

I have played and finished all three DMC games. I played the DMC4 demo last night and felt nothing. Nothing new was added to the game in my opinion. They should have kept Dante in there as the main guy. Why change the character when he practically does the same moves as Dante? Hell I'd be more excited if it was Vergil as the main character. He had nice moves. I loved the final cut.

not a bad choice in games there mate but if your looking for a shooting game COD4 is the one to get even though there different types of shooting games i would think about getting COD4 aswell. And DMC is unreal (good choice)

I havent downloaded the DMC demo(waiting for 31), but the club demo was good, I dont like shooters but I played it and even thought I wouldnt buy it, I had fun for a while.
