Hyping anything ps3 exclusive as triple A is just inviting the 360 fans in system wars to rip on it when it flops. Even a tripe A hit like Ratchet (take out Gamespots 7.5, and the metacritic average is over 90%) will get ripped on for something here. If they can't find anything else to dock it for, they'll do like they did with HS and say 'the game is awesome, but it's too short--8.0' even though other games equally as short do not get such demerits on other systems. Summary, if you think it's a AAA game, hype it A or AA if you don't want it to be a System Wars flop.

what he said. i'm sure some of the people on this boards are nice people, but that doesn't mean i give a crap what they think of a game. Just because joe blow "hypes" a game doesn't mean it's the second coming. I'm sure there were some people out there who thought the barbie game of last gen was going to be awesome. well, maybe just person but you get the point. I could care less if someones says it's a, aa, aaa. does it really matter as long as you like the game?

"Hyping" games is the most worthless thing I can think of. Why do you care so much about some arbitrary rating some dude/chick gives any game? The only people that should care about a review are the people that made the game, and even then, it has to be taken with a grain of salt. A review is nothing more than 1 person's OPINION!! Sure, I'll check reviews now and again if I'm unsure about a game. But mostly, if I'm unsure, I just don't buy it because I don't have time to play every game that comes out. I certainly don't buy a game just because someone says, "I give this game a 9! Its the greatest thing since sliced bread!" So if you really have enough free time on your hands to worry about such things, try and find something a little more productive and beneficial to the world to do with it. Don't spend it WTFing about some game that may or may not get a review score you believe it should.
