I havent pruchased it cuz i'm in canada and we don't have the store but I keep on hearing it's REALLY good and is definately worth the purchase....buty I would rather buy it than just rent it for $4.00.
its pretty good i download it in HD i wish i could buy it though.. its the people that made eureka 7.. they have episode 2 but like i said i rather just buy it then rent it..
yeah...i just found out about the rent-only part. that kind of sucks. i'm upgrading my ps3 to a 320gb hard drive this weekend and planned on using some of that space for this if people said it was good.

You can keep the file for 14 days if you haven't accessed it. Once you start watching it'll take 24 hours for it to expire.
In fact, it is currently ONLY available in the United States (not all of NA) PSN Video Store. Xam'd is a PSN exclusive, meaning it will only be found on PSN until either someone moneyhats to break a contract, or it is released on some other media.
Piracy is an option, but you won't find anything of decent quality. Also, if the studios don't get the money they deserve on this, say goodbye to high-quality anime on PSN.
Okay I finally watched the first episode in HD. I had my sister watch it with me since she is a huge anime/manga buff. I must say that it did take a while for things to pick up but thankfully the animation was outstanding throughout the entire episode. A bit mysterious and weird. Some designs look really overly colorful and crazy but again since the animation is so good helps make everything so realistic and beautiful to look at. You can tell tha a lot of work went into this. I thought the characters were gonna be simple and uninteresting but I was pleasantly surprised with both Akuyuki (sp?) and the girl (Haru I think). Overall for me the first episode gets a 9/10 from me. Judging off what my sister says she gave it 8.5 since she would want to see the next episode -- minus the fact that she isn't the one paying for it.

Thanks a lot for the review...I mite check it out once the video store is up for my area (and hopefully they lower the prices a bit.)
Your welcome. The only problem is the price. Since I would watch it only in HD that would be 4 bucks a week which is as much as I use to pay for Rockband DLC before I became broke. I can still live without it at this point but I would at least want to go up to the third or fifth episode and if it hasn't made me a fan by then I think I'll stop watching it at that price.
