This is a really bad question to ask in a PS3 forum.
One of the main reasons I chose the PS3 over the 360 was because of the controllers.
it's ok. I like but also dislike the trigger buttons. i like them because they feel like triggers, but i also dislike them because i prefer to have both fingers on the shoulder buttons... and the fact that i'm forced to use one finger for both irritates me!
Oh and you better prepare your flame shield...
I'm going to assume, that when you say "twice as good", you're comparing 360's and ps3's controllers... As far as the 360 controller goes, I wouldn't say it's twice as good as a PS3 controller. Both controllers are pretty much great in their own way. Haven't had a chance to play with a DS3 controller though.... hopefully soon.

okay now that thats out of the way no...i dont think they are twice as good...first of all the ps controllers are perfectly laid out...u can get to everything very easily...and another advantage its not just a rip off of a dreamcast controller...i know what u mean though with the ps3 controller feeling like a toy...they really went all out with the weight reduction on it...sony has always had great durability though...ive had my ps2 for 8 years with TONS of gaming hours logged in...plus being dropped and everything else...got beer spilt on it...ect...same with the ps3...when i first got my DS3 controller i threw my six axxis against the wall...pretty hard...it cracked the casing on it but thats it....everything still works fine and all the buttons are still there...ive stepped on the controllers...they have fell off my wall unit...i know they FEEL like a cheap toy...but they arent they are some quality products...and the DS3 feels better because its heavier (though i wouldnt mind if it was lighter) plus i like the fact that the controllers last SOOOO long...honestly i get 8-10 hours of gameplay out of my controllers and they fully charge in like 20 mins :D as opposed to 360 where u not only have to buy extra things to have wireless controllers...u have to buy batteries...lol thats so sad man...i was over at my buddies cousins house and the poor guy has a drawer of like 234634656 batteries right beside his spot for his 360 (his 360 wasnt actually there it was in for repairs lol) but yeah i can see how it could feel delicate...but they are actually pretty **** strong
anyone think that the xbox controllers are like twice as good. Its bigger and doesnt feel like a toyhalfbreed11111nah, they r too big and not comefy
