Xbox 360 owner wants convincing to buy a PS3!

Love my xbox but in my past i've been a PS man should i get a PS3? Reasons to buy please!

That's very easy. You walk up to a store, slap the cash down the register and yell: "PS3..NOW!"

Then you go home and enjoy both systems ^_^

Exactly...see now your thinking. The PS3 is actually an investment lol Trust me you won't be dissapointed, just got out and buy one and you won't need/want convincing...you'll just want to play all the great games.

Ask yourself "do I, as a gamer, want these games enough to warrant a $400 - $600 purchase?"

Id say check out the games that are coming. Also, if you want you can wait till like about December for all we know they might just come out with another sku. :roll:

I have both. I love both. Nothing beats giving up Warhawk for Halo 3, then Halo 3 for Rachet and Clank (when it's released). I love having the choice to pick which version of a cross-platform game I'm going to buy. Who cares which version of COD4 or GTA IV is better? I'm going to buy the better versions. Who cares that a game is released on one console first, then another. When you own both, it's a win-win situation. Though the PS3 has suffered some serious disappointments in the past, I honestly believe that developers are starting to get their acts together. Looking forward to Drake's Uncharted and possibly Haze (though I'm a little FPSed out). Also, Blu-ray playback kicks ass and the PS3 looks real real pretty sitting beneath my 50" HDTV. If you can afford it, then go treat yourself. It's worth it. Seamus_O_Gamer

ps3 only really worth it if you got an HDTV though

The PS3 to sum it up in one word: Expedient.

Games are coming to the PS3 like wild fire, more so than the 360 pretty soon.

To the TC... no one needs to convince you to do anything. I am (no oneelse should)not going to give you reasons why you should buy one or not. If you can buy a PS3, go get one.

Hey I'll do that next week or in 2 weeks that' s when I can get it.

ied wait till the 40 gig came out and get it for 400 bucks..

i myself am saving for a 360 im buying one of those right after the next price drop...
