awesome, now i'll probably just buy the xbox vision cam and it'll work on both... so do you think sony came out with the usb camera drivers(firmware update) so we can use a usb camera to put our faces on games... rainbow six anyone?willskate4freeSomething tells me that R6:Vegas will not have the face mapping support due to this update coming out less than a month before the ps3 version of the game is released. It is possible though.
i wonder who profits from it, MS or SonySupremeRoyalistMy guess is MS. People are going to be more driven to buy the web camera from microsoft for a ps3 than buy a ps3 for a web camera.
I read on one of the posts about the new update that the PS3 now supports usb cameras other than eyetoy. I thought why not try the Vision cam I already own, and sure enough it works. Yeah I know the vision cam is just a usb cam like others you buy for the pc, but you never know what MS will do to keep their stuff proprietary. Just thought I would pass this info along for those who own the Vision cam.InfamousMWhat in the world can you do with a Xbox Vision camera on ps3 now!
