They also need full customization of the wallpaper, this isn't cutting it. The PSP has it, why not the PS3?!?! They could also use the RSS feature on the XMB, I would not mind listening to audio podacsts streaming in my living room, and the occasional video podcast feeds.ArmoJanI thought you could change it already...was I mislead?

if so, plese let me know. I spent hours looking for it and searched online with no luck. I have no probs changing it on my PSP, so either I don't know what I am doing on my new PS3, or the setting is HARD to find. :?

More formats supported, custom background, and accessing XMB while playing. Those are urgent.Â
Jeez, people need to settle the f*** down. It'll come, probably with update 2.0...Until then, stop complaining, please! Sony tries a different route, heaven forbid, and gets ripped for it.VERS1ON
I own both, and the PS3 has a far than ideal line up and features. Im just tired of waiting for it to catch up when it had an extra year to put this stuff in.

And yea PS3 will catch up, im just tired of waiting, it should have already
This is really annoying me...when will it be possible for us to go to our XMB's during gameplay? Like the 360 accesses their dashboard with no issues, and while playing a game.normally, if the consumer asks for it, Sony gives it to them. That doesn't mean they are going to do it overnight. I am sure Sony is working on it, but who knows when it will be released.
Is there any rumor about this...I feel like Sony isn't delivering it's best possible updates for the system. I'm still looking for upscaling....

I have mine set on my 360, but I can't remember the last time I noticed what it was. Hell, I can't even remember what it is.

It took Microsoft a while to update it's dashboard to where it is now. If the 360 didn't have any of the features that it had now, nobody would care if the PS3 had them. but everybody sees that the 360 has these features, and expects Sony to make it happen in one day. that's not going to happen. some of these updates take time...just like developing games. Do you want Sony to rush an update and brick your PS3? It seems that Microsoft does that alot. I am perfectly happy that Sony takes their time and makes the updates seemless. I have not heard one problem of a PS3 update causing the PS3 to totally crap out and not work anymore. but there seems to be that problem everytime an update on the 360 is released. That's why I wait atleast two weeks after the update is released before I download it. It has taken Microsoft 5 years to get Live to where it's at today. and you people expect Sony to do it in 6 months? pleaseDo you want Sony to rush an update and brick your PS3? Eclipsed brings up a good point. These updates, small and insignificant as some might consider them, are stable and constantly improving the system. That's definitely something I appreciate.Â

I love this guy XD You are so right. If MS gets 5 years to upgrade live, Sony must only take 6 months to upgrade the entire system to perfection!Has for the games...I need to agree that PS3 has few. But hey, it's only been 6 months and we already have some good games.Â
