If Playstation Lifestyle is to be believed then the news we've gotten from this game is:

-Wont be an RPG, FPS, or new Twisted Metal

-Is not related to the "shocking announcement" by SE

-Is named HARDWARE 2 (working title) and is a vehicle combat game

Also, it wasnt confirmed that this was the game the BBC reporter was talking about. As well, he stated that this would create a new form of story-telling and immersion. Like someone above me said, FF7 has already been told. SO how the hell is this a "new" way of story-telling.
