Set up a new user in the users menu and be logged in on that. Now, go to the Friends menu. You should see the "Sign up for the PlayStation network" symbol. Go there and set up things much like your friend did before (but this time use your own birthday so you'll remember it ;) ). You will need to use a different e-mail address than you did the last time.

This all sounds like shenanigans to me. LOL, Me thinks something is afoot.

It's like standing in font of someones house and telling the people walking by that you're locked out and live there and need help getting in. GOOD LUCK all the same.

Sounds stolen imo. User manuals are great for this kind of thing... if you have them.
