Valkyria Chronicles. We all know this though.

Metal Gear Solid 4 and Folklore

Brütal Legend, MGS4, and some other stuff.

I haven't played much , but so far , GoW 3 is the best IMO.

Probs MGS4, just to be a little different... Quite liked Mafia 2 also.

2. Dragon Age: O ( Too many hours put into this game then I care to think of)

3. Valkyria Chronicles (Hard but fun)

4. Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 (Such a good game, that really captures the spirit of the series)

5. Batman Arkham Asylum (Batman + dark story + nice gameplay = loads of fun)

6. Siren Blood Curse (Love horror games, and this one really creeped me out. Play it!)

7. Resident Evil 5 (Been a fan of the series since I was a kid, and even though it wasn't the best, it was still nice playing as Chris again)

8. Clive Barker's Jericho (Many consider it crap, I consider it gold)

9. Dead Rising 2 (Freeroaming combined with zombies gets you into my top ten)

10. Afro Samurai (Just pure fun, and for fans of the show, a must have title)

LittleBigPlanet games (1 & 2), Ratchet and Clank Future Series and Motorstorm series!!! Platforming, action and racing are my favorite genres! :lol:

1) Red Dead Redemption
So far the the best western game on the PS3, and so far the game Rockstar have released, and considering some of the games they have released so far you wonder if anything can top this.

2) Dragon Age Origins
For me the best RPG on the PS3, and one of the few games I have not only completed gainign all available trophies, but played and completed again multiple times since

3) Call Of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare
The first and best Modern Warfare and maybe the best in the franchise

4) Ghostbusters
Ignoring the cluster f**k they made of online play it was a good story and was a great single player game.

5) Assassins Creed Franchise - Not played AC:Brotherhood but for me this was one of those games I wasn't that sure about but that I ended up really enjoying.

6) Batman: Arkham Asylum - The best game in this genre, and considering some of the other popular games such as Spiderman, etc, thats no mean feat.

Uncharted 2, hands down, that game was like watching an epic movie.

Killzone 3 because of the Sharpshooter. That thing has changed everything I know about gaming.

Demon's Souls.. then all the rest..

I may have been upset with the single player, but MGO still my favorite PS3 game despite not playing it lately.

Only two games for me - Red Dead Redemption and Demon's Souls. Nothing else comes close.
