your picks for best and worst games of this year?

I think red dead redemption is the best game so far this year.

as for the worst game im stil quite unsure, its possibly backbreaker.

I don't play the worst games so I have no idea.

As for best game I couldn't decide either, I can only narrow it down to 4 very different experiences. God of War III, Heavy Rain, Bad Company 2, Red Dead Redemption. I guess as of now Red Dead would be my GOTY. I can overlook it's minor technical glitches on PS3 because of the fantastic story and the sheer scale of it's open world. However it's so close if you ask me 2 months from now I might have a completely different GOTY.

There would be too many games to list what I am looking forward too.

For me, GOTY is Bioshock 2

Game of the year is probably going to Super Mario Galaxy 2.

Hmm I will go with an 8 as it is an amazing year between GoWIII, Red Dead Redemption, Modnation Racers, Mario Galaxy, Heavy Rain, and so on. That being said none of them have taken away my top two ps3 spots (Uncharted 2 and MGS4), although GoWIII and RDR are big contenders for third. Mario Galaxy I have not played due to owning a Wii, and Heavy Rain I have only played the demo of.

Worst? Well I have not played any bad games this year...

But if I have to pick one, I would say Just Cause 2. I really did not like the demo at all for it.

It's so silly to see people voting best games according to what is hot this month, or worst games just for the shock factor. Just Cause 2 as worst game of the year, i read above? Seriously???

I think this year has released lots of great games. My favourite so far is Biohock 2, haven't got a worst one.

God of War 3. So much fun, but I still need to play SMG2, Metroid: Other M, and Zelda Wii. I'm excited to start playing my Wii again
