Deus ex 1 one of the best storyline FPS ever,never played system shock series so dont know which is better for story

Depends on if this is counting games like MGS4. Also is this just PS3 or is it everything? SO hard to choose three.

and if you don't count MGS4 then I would probably put Timesplitters 2 up there

1. GoldenEye

2. Bioshock

3. The Orange Box (Half-Life 2)

Then again Bioshock and HL2 might not be considered shooters as much as action/adventure or something. And Bioshock has RPG elements as well.

Others would be Perfect Dark (N64) and CoD4. Borderlands and Fallout 3 as well (even better than most games I named, but they're mainly RPGs).
