Being politically correct means considering certain topics or opinions to be off-limits solely because they may make some people, considered protected categories in the current social context, feel slighted. By contrast being anti-PC means opposing the idea that certain topics or opinions shoudn't be held or spoken about, not because they're fallacious and false (which is a determination that can only be done after a debate has happened), but because someone may be hurt by them.
Insults have nothing to do with political correctness. You may want to fix your dictionaries before you spout off the fact that you have literary skills that a sophomore high schooler could beat.

Saying trans women aren't women is politically incorrect but it's not an insult. Learn the difference.
