North Korea ruler Kim Jong-un deceased or in vegetative state

Sen. Lindsey Graham says he would be “shocked” if North Korea’s Kim Jong Un wasn’t dead given the country’s silence amid growing speculation about his demise.

“It’s a closed society. I haven’t heard anything directly, but I’ll be shocked if he’s not dead or in some incapacitated state because you don’t let rumors like this go forever or go unanswered in a closed society which is really a cult, not a country, called North Korea,” Graham told Fox News host Jeanine Pirro Saturday on “Justice with Judge Jeanine.”

The South Carolina senator, who is a member of the Foreign Relations Committee, added that he hopes “the long-suffering North Korean people will get some relief if he is dead.”

“President Trump is willing to do business with North Korea in a win-win fashion. So if this guy is dead, I hope the guy who takes over will work with President Trump to make North Korea a better place for everybody,” Graham said.

Kim is believed to have undergone a stent procedure earlier this month that has prompted rumors to swirl about his health.

A Hong Kong broadcast network reported Saturday that Kim died, citing a “very solid source,” while a Japanese magazine claimed late Friday that he is in “a vegetative state.”

Kim notably missed the April 15 commemoration of the 108th birthday of his grandfather, North Korea founder Kim Il Sung.

The portly dictator hasn’t missed the event since assuming power after his father Kim Jong Il’s death in late 2011.

Okay, so first. These are rumors, however there are credible sources and legit media outlets reporting. But here are some confirmed points:

• Kim, hasn't been spotted in over a week and missed the very important ceremony - his fathers birthday
• Kim also missed a very important key meeting with China
• China sent a slew of doctors to North Korea
• He underwent heart surgery
• North Korea is completely silent, neither denying nor confirming the news

*His likely successor will be his sister - should be, however in a pretty sexist country, it could go to one of his uncles. Second, a power struggle might happen and the army could gain the leadership. Anything is possible.

I was gonna post this awhile ago, but didn't because it's still just rumors. But it's interesting.

If he is dead, I wonder if his sister will take over. Will people laugh at her like they did with her brother? How would feminists feel if NK got a female leader before US? Will SK intervene if there is a power struggle, and then would China?

Same, I was also thinking if to post it, however now sources like PBS and MSN are reporting that he is indeed not well, as in a succession is in play. So that could mean he's either dead or not capable of ruling anymore, all signs are pointing to that.

I checked a bit on her sister, and she's as bad or worse than him, actually she's pretty hardcore. However, if she gains power maybe she'll change? We said the same thing about Kim and things got worse. Let's see.

This could be great news or horrible news for NK.

Nothing will ever change for the better if the same family is in charge.

I read today that his luxury train was spotted at some private complex. The trainstation where the train is located is reserved for the Kim family only.

I'm not implying anything, as the rumors are that he's either dead or in a vegetate state, I also stated it was a rumor. However, multiple legit sources have already confirmed that there are succession plays being done at the moment, which could assume he's either died or unable to rule as a result of his surgery. We just don't know at this moment since North Korea has been dead silent about this.

Also, considered he's worshiped like a god, the fact that North Korea isn't denying his state of health, makes us wonder what's going on - since they would by logic downright deny it.

First possible good news for 2020. Plus his sister is kinda hot.

I'm optimistic because it's almost impossible to be any worse.

We have our problems, but situations like this really make me appreciate my country (USA if anyone is wondering). One person should never have so much power and control, if for no other reason than so much is left up in the air when they are in some way incapacitated.

Feminists will get BTFO again if the female leader ends up being just as bad, if not worse.

Yeah, we've had presidents assassinated or removed from office before, life went on relatively unchanged.

I am more afraid of people trying to be nice to North Korea if a woman is in charge.

Like "Oh it's a woman leader, she is going to be nice! See? Look at her. Nice lady leader"

Fools don't realize women are every bit as ruthless and vicious (perhaps more so?) as men. Plus they have a higher tolerance for pain and suffering, so they say.

Of course I imagine a lot of male leadership and officers in North Korea would have a problem with a woman in charge. History is rife with coups and takeovers and denials when it comes to women possibly taking over.

The only thing she's got over Kim (that we know of) is that at least she looks just as malnourished as the rest of the NK people.

So how many western regime changes have worked out well for the people?

Honestly, she looks really weird. Like she plastered a box of powder on her face. To be honest, this reminds me when I went to Taiwan. People were obsessed with having an umbrella to keep their skin from turning dark.

It took North Korea over two days to tell the world Kim Jong-il was dead after he died, so I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't admit to his death right away. I don't know how strong South Korea's intelligence is on the north to determine if they would know right away if Kim was alive or not, or if there are any decoys that they could be using.

Did they announce a successor to him at the same time?

Has Kim figured out a way to block the sunlight or is she quite anemic?
