I give him a C after some thought. He really has no plans for climate change. Leaving such a huge issue to the free market to resolve without regulations sounds to me like a disaster waiting to happen. The only thing government should do regarding climate change is to assign a cost to carbon pollution...cost to other species, cost to health, cost of disasters, droughts, heatwaves, etc etc. Factor everything in and tax fossil fuels appropriately. No more subsidies, pushing the costs onto future generations. Time to clean up our own mess.
Trump however is still denying the science like the middle school graduate he is.
His welfare bill to the rich is another disaster. He should get rid of patents/IP/infinite trade marks. End the government welfare and unleash the true power of the free market.
However I did like how he approaches immigration reform. He is taking a tough stance, and while I don't think his wall will do anything, and that he's better off fining employers who hire illegals, he still is making a serious effort. I doubt he can make any immigration reforms in time though. Dems will likely sweep the midterms.
I also like how he is calling out butt hurt identity politics and the fake news media. Just on this point, I'd give him an A+

I never said anything about gender identity, I said that transgender surgeries are absolute bullshit and based on "real" science, there is no way for a man to biologically become a women and vice versa. It is just simply genital mutilation and if a transgender person wants to do it I don't care because it's a free country, but just because you have a surgery doesn't magically change your sex and I will never use their ridiculous pronouns.
