Indeed! I also would like to see this used as a precedent. We need to hold all our politicians accountable, arguably more accountable than we do non-serving citizens (if not equally).

Standards need to be higher in this country, on both sides. Apathy is winning over and I get laughed at when I say our politicians should be the best we have to offer, but dammit I think our idealism needs to shine through into our political system.

I have to wonder Santos was elected in November and the Feds have already charged him, yet the Bidens have been under investigation for years for committing far worse crimes and mountains of evidence and the Feds have not charged them in fact they cover they have covered it up and buried evidence. What is good for the goose is good for the gander.

The house has found evidence of ten million dollars being funneled through multiple LLC to multimembers of the Biden family.

A document that has been in the position of the FBI since 2020 implicates Biden taking money from foreign countries to sway US policy. That is addressed in the constitution as treason. A letter has been sent by the chair of the house oversite committee toe the FBI to turn over the document.

The FBI had Hunter Bidens laptop for a year before the story of the laptop broke in the NY post. The FBI noy only did nothing but actively interacted with Twitter to scuttle the story.

Blinken who was on Bidens campaign committee with the help of a former CIA agent were behind the document signed by 51 former and current CIA agents stating the laptop story was Russian misinformation.

Yes, in this country being charged depends on who you are. This is just like Stalinists Russia. Justice is no longer blind.

He also had and may still have classified documents which were left open while foreign agents had free reign at Mar o Largo. Plus, it wouldn't surprise me if he intentionally shared them. He discussed classified information in his crowded dining room while president and used his personal cell phone to dispense such. Any other person doing that would be jailed pending trial/court martial. He had private meetings with Putin with all documents destroyed.

It's not the fault of the election system nor the government that a section of the population listened to lies and believed them without any shred of evidence. In my original post I posted the DOJ was not impartial in their investigations. The DOJ just pulled the entire team investigating Hunter Biden's taxes. Again proving what I posted to be correct. The government is corrupt and can no longer be trusted. We no longer live in a Represented Republic. Instead we now live where the laws only apply to certain people.

So without any evidence you're making up conspiracy theories. FYI the Hunter Biden laptop has been investigated for 5 years and they don't have anything to substantiate their innuendos.
