ps1 Bubble bobble vs Sega Saturn?

So I'm looking to buy the Bubble bobble Rainbow Island game and I have a PS1 and Sega Saturn. Are there any differences in the games? A lot of the time I can find some hardcore fans of a game that has a port on 2 systems on google and read the comparison between the two ports but I really couldn't find anything on this one. Anyone know if there are any differences? Even subtle ones? The price is pretty close to the same on both consoles Saturn being slightly higher but if its better on one then the other I'd like to know. Thanks!
