Sega Dreamcast Demo CD

Okay...so I came across a San Francisco Rush 2049 Demo CD. I have been trying to do research on it for a week and can only come up with bits and pieces. I know it is rare, but how rare? What's the story behind it? I can't find them for sale on eBay, or even that it has sold on eBay anytime recently. I would like to know the value if possible.

I'm guessing it's not worth more than $10 to a dedicated fan of the game. You can get the game itself for $10-$25 so...

I've got the entire collection of Official Dreamcast Magazines with all the demo discs; one includes a demo of Rush 2049. Those are going for a decent amount as a set; $50 minimum is what I'm seeing.
