What are your thoughts on table top arcades and have you ever played them before?

I remember growing up my local Pizza Hut had a Pac-Man one I don't believe I played it I could be wrong though.

@warmblur: My local pizza place used to have one too. I used to play Ms. Pac Man and Galaga. Nowadays it's possible to get one for $400 or less.

So do you like table top arcades what's your opinion on them?

They're cool. You can get two player ones. It's kinda cool to have a table that plays video games. But, I'm not into arcade tables and cabinets for ownership. I'd rather get a pinball machine for a couple hundred more.

I want to build one for my DnD group but getting a big enough TV that's also really thin is kind of the problem because you need a junk TV to do it since it's the only thing you're using it for.

Still, with some decent woodwork and a plexiglass cover it'd be a cool project.
