For everyone who got the demo how did you like it ? I loved it the game felt old school but had a nice modern touch I can't wait to try out the 3D levels and get the game for that matter.
It's good on 360. Not so good on PS3. However, people seem to be discussing it in the Sonic Generations official thread. Maybe check there for more opinions?

I played it on the PS3 and it worked fine for me. No slowdown or glitching from what I could tell.
That could be the case too, but then again it could also be that they have future demos planned for the game and want everyone to move onto the next one.
I do not like. They buggered up the looping on the music. Main problem is that it didn't feel right. The controls are quite sensitive and sometimes it takes control away from you. I was going down a downhill slope and pressed down to roll, but it wouldn't let me (twas right before a spiral thing which I am guessing is the reason). The speed is a problem. I was constantly stopping so I didn't run into things. The speed is too much. When you have less than a half-second to react to incoming obstacles, there is a problem.
Ever since Sonic 1 I was constantly running into spikes or something else, sometimes a near miss if I hit jump out of panic or rolled into an enemy. I did notice scripted running such as that weird 3Dish loop thing though.
In Sonic 1 you had a few seconds to react, in Generations, you don't even have enough time to percieve that you need to do something. It has the same problem as Sonic 4.
im sure they will fix it because if its one thing i know is that sega does not want to screw this one up because if they do....i dont know what will happen

Sonic 4 is paced about the same as Sonic 1. I played through both back to back, and the characters move at about the same speed and obstacles are spaced about the same as well. Generations "Classic" Sonic is stupidly fast, and has a lot more inertia.
One of my favorite things to do in Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles is to unlock all the alternate forms, collect 100+ rings, than double jump and blast through the whole game at insane speed without having to worry about enemies, non-instant death obstacles, and, in the case of the flying Tails, bottomless cliffs. That's the kind of speed I love best in Sonic games, and the speed I'd love to see return. Make the game difficult, than allow me to crush it when I come back in invincibility mode. Now I need to go play Sonic 3 & Knuckles again. Not that I mind.

Last I checked, communists promote equality and sameness. Since not everyone can be good at math, the only way for them to be the same is to all be made to bad at it. :P
doubt communism works by the nature of reducing to the lowest common denominator (might as well since we're talking about math). The way I understood it, the individual contributes for the greater good and to counterbalance, 1 person's problem is everyone's problem. At least I think that's the basic way Marx wanted it to be.
That was his ideal, however it's an impossible ideal, since it'd require everyone pulling their own weight and being pretty much perfect. One person that isn't, and it can spread.
